  • Lead and manage team of Regional Managers, Area Managers & Territory Executives across the zone.
  • Target achievement by regional manager, area manger and their respective team.
  • Adopting feasible marketing and sales strategies by analyzing the potential of the client /product through consistent market research.
  • Market intelligence gathering & competitor benchmarking of best practices.
  • Identify and develop the short and long-term goal of the sales team in line with company sales target.
  • Coordinates with marketing team for the organization of seminars, meets and conferences on zonal Level for building a prospective client database.
  • Analyzing and developing strategies for improving productivity and optimum utilization of sales team.
  • Formulating Sales budget for the zone/state basis discussion with the management.
  • Train & develop team members for future growth.
  • Build & retain strong team.
  • Continuous improvement of processes across all business metrics.
  • Manage department activity and performance by measuring performances through KPI and sales performances annual target.
